Camden, March 18. – Mr. Samuel Frank Boykin died on Thursday after an illness which lasted for many months. The body was conveyed to Camden Friday morning by the Southern railway, and buried at the Camden cemetery, the Rev. W. B. Gordon of Camden officiating.
Mr. Boykin who lived at Boykins, near Camden, was sincerely loved and esteemed by his large circle of relatives and friends. He leaves three sons and a daughter, Messrs. D. A. Boykin of Camden, S. T. Boykin and Ancrum Boykin of Atlanta, and Miss Matt Boykin.
