A CHIN-WHISKERED MULE

Mr. C. A. Bowen is reported to be the proud possessor of a chin-whiskered mule which he purchased recently in Orangeburg. We are given to understand that he is exhibiting this strange Phenomenon at so much per, in the outskirts, or suburbs of Blaney, to avoid paying the city license., Camden People.
