Young Man Was Accidentally Shot Monday by His Father, C. D. McDonald – Interment at Blaney.

The corner’s inquest over the remains of Cleymon McDonald, who was accidentally shot Monday by his father, C. D. McDonald, was held yesterday at the store of S. I. Riley, magistrate on the Bluff Road. The verdict was: “Cleymon McDonald came to his death as the result of a gunshot wound in the hands of C. D. McDonald.”

Young McDonald was 17 years of age. His father operates a meat market in the Olympia village. The testimony at the inquest prove that the unfortunate affair was an accident. Interment will be at Blaney, Kershaw county, today.
