Camden, Nov. 1 – Hanging Rock school, located about two miles east of Kershaw, will begin it fall session next Monday. This school is taught by Miss Eva Britton of near Camden.

The Bethel school will begin its fall session Monday with Miss Dot Hamel of Kershaw as teacher.

The “Three C’s” school will resume work on Monday with Miss Kate Simpson of Blaney, a recent graduate of Winthrop, as principal, and Miss Louise Blakeney of Kershaw, assisting.

Messrs. C. R. Lewis and Cuthbert Clark, students of the McFeat Business college of Columbia, spent last week at home with their parents.

Mr. Nathaniel Gay, Jr., of the upper part of the county, went to Columbia Monday to enter the McFeat Business college.
