Father Found Children

Took Them to Blaney. Colored Woman Cared for Them While Here.

The five colored children who were found by a policeman wandering around on Tuesday afternoon were turned over to Jennie Lomax, by the policeman, as she said that she would care for them until their parents could be located.

The father of the children came from them on Wednesday about midday and she turned them over to him. He took them home to Blaney’s on the 4 o’clock train over the Seaboard Air Line railroad.
