Kershaw Woman Meets Sudden Death.

Camden, Aug. 4. – Miss Lucy Watkins, an elderly woman, residing about 12 miles east of Camden, was killed instantly Sunday morning at 6 o’clock, supposedly from internal injuries resulting from a fall.

Miss Watkins, who was about 75 years of age, arose early and in descending the steps leading into the yard fell, and when her kindred reached her, it was found she was dead. No bruises or broken bones were found and it is supposed she died from the shock or internal injuries.
