Ridgeway, Aug. 2 – Jones Magill spent Thursday in Columbia.
Miss Cranfield Hogan is spending a few weeks at Pawleys Island.
A telegram received today announced that J. D. Fulp had arrived in New York from overseas.
The Rev. Mr. Corpening, a former pastor of the Baptist church here, is visiting in town. Mr. Corpening is pleasantly remebered by a host of firends.
Mrs. Lula Wilson, Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Kennedy are preparing a motor trip to the mountains.
Sidney Smith made a business trip to Columbia Friday with Mrs. C. J. Smith.
Capt. W. J. Johnson will leave for the northern markets Sunday evening to be about for several days.
Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Johnson of Columbia came up saturday to spend the weekend with relatives.
Dr. Genrey of Columbia came up Thursday to his summer home.
Mr. and Mrs. Earl H. Bowen of the Blaney section spent Monday with relatives in town and attended the Starns funeral.
Mrs. Almead Boykin of Lugoff is visiting Mrs. S. R. Crumpton in Fairview avenue.
Walter Ruff and family have returned from the mountains.
