Indian Will Conduct Campaign At Blaney

Wateree Messenger.

Some of the more interested people of Blaney and vicinity are planning for and looking forward to a season of evangelistic activity to begin in Blaney around the first of June. The services are to be held in the school auditorium. In addition to its, large seating capacity, the auditorium is equipped with a commodious stage admirably adapted for the use of a large choir. Considerable interest is already being shown in the singing feature and a list of choir members is being prepared. Everything pertaining to the comfort and convenience of the large crowds that will attend this meeting is receiving attention, even to a special room for the babies and children. Evangelist A. S. Lockee, the North Carolina Indian brave, is to wield the gospel tomahawk, and those of us who know him are expecting his belt to be full of scalps when the scrimmage ends.
