Blaney, April 26. – The junior class of the Blaney high school gave a lovely reception for the members of the graduating class last Friday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Bowen. The home was tastefully decorated with wild flowers and the class colors, pink, and gray. Mrs. Bowen met the guest at the door and presented them to the receiving line which consisted of the officers of the junior class and the members of the senior class as follows: Misses Lucille Dinkins, Mattie Mae Dinkins, Nellie Evans, Elise Rose, Oscar Rose, David Roberts and Avery Nelson. Progressive conversation was the game of the evening and the prizes for the best conversationalists were awarded to Miss Arabell Kennedy and J. T. Bush. A fre course in the colors was served by Misses Beatrice Ross and Florrie Mae Ross.
