PATRICK, S. C., August 31, – R. L. Farris and W. M. Pankey went to Tigerville Monday, where they placed their daughters, Misses Annie Farris and Lola Pankey, in the North Greenville college.

Mrs. Maggie Campbell, of Erwin, North Carolina, is visiting her brother, D. E. Bule.

Jackson Brower, a former resident of Patrick, but now of Wingate, North Carolina, spent several days in Patrick during the past week.

Mrs. J. K. Motley and little son, Fletcher have been visiting during the week in Blaney.

William Winburn is visiting a few days in Wingate, North Carolina.
