Prisoner Again Ill From Poison

Willie Watson, on Leave, Back in Hospital – Condition, “Fair.”

Willie Watson, prisoner at the state penitentiary, who was admitted to the Baptist hospital about two weeks ago from having taken an overdose of poison, was readmitted yesterday apparently suffering from having taken another dose. Last night his condition was reported “fair.”

At the time Watson was at the hospital before he was on a leave of absence and when he was readmitted yesterday he had only about two more days before he was to return. Although originally of Blaney, he has been staying in Columbia during his leave.
