State Park, Jan. 16 – Patients at Sunny crest cottage were entertained Monday evening by “Jerry, the Scrapbook Man” of Station WSPA, Spartanburg. The entertainment consisted of readings and vocal numbers. Jerry was by Joe Goodwin of Spartanburg.

E. A Patterson of Bennettsville visited his daughter, Miss Eugenia Patterson, recently. Other visitors of Miss Patterson were her cousin, E. A. Patterson of Bennettsville, Mr. and Mrs. L. K. Breeden, and Mr. and Mrs. B. M. Edwards of Columbia.

Mr. and Mrs. George Haralson of Anderson were weekend guest of Miss Bertha Langley at DuRant hall.

Mrs. Fred Riley and son of Ridgewood camp visited Mrs Fred Collins Thursday.

Mrs. Julia Wilson had as guests during the week Mrs. Williams, James and Doris Wilson of Camden and M. Murphy of Great Falls.

Johnnie Ard of Savannah, Ga.,visited his wife, Mrs. Pearl Ard Sunday.

Mrs. Marguerite Bagby’s guests during the week were Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Malen of Columbia, G. S. Harvey, Miss Winifred Harvey and Miss Hilda and “Bo” Bagby of New Brookland.

Joe Wright of Lockhard visited Miss Nannie Mae Wright Sunday.

Myers Wingard of Charlotte was the weekend guest of his wife, Mrs. Nell Wingard.

James Wages, Preston Wages and Eddie Wages of Blaney were guest of Mrs. Frances Ford Tuesday.

Mrs. Bird Johnson of Clemson College is spending some time with Dr. and Mrs. Rudolph Farmer.

Miss Frances Cooper of Spartanburg is visiting Miss Margaret Cooper.

Miss Opal Frady of the nursing staff of the sanatorium has returned from a visit with relatives at Spartanburg.

Visiting Miss Mary Bennett Sunday were W. J. and T. K. Bennett, Miss Virginia Bennett and Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Allen of Lancaster.

Mrs. S. S. Simpson of Chester was admitted to the sanatorium recently.

Andrew Gooch and daughter, Annie Lee, of Lancaster spent Tuesday with Mrs. A. M. Gooch.

Mrs. J. W. Schumpert and Miss Lilla Peak of Columbia were Sunday guests of Mrs. Estelle Haygood.

Eugene Lawson of Clinton visited Mrs. Lois Lawson at DuRant hall Sunday.

Edwin Mocomson of Spartanburg was the guest of Miss Annie Lee Suttle Tuesday.
