BLANEY, Jan. 20 – Mr. and Mrs. Halkard A. Hawkins (Margaret Wessinger Hawkins), of Winnsboro, were the guest of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Hawkins (Estes Creed Hawkins), last week.

Miss Muriel Lewis, of Millen, Ga., is visiting her sister, Mrs. W. B. Evans.

Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Nelson and son, were guest of Mrs. L. A. Roberts and Mrs. A. L. Morgan Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Connell, of Columbia, spent the past week-end with Mrs. Janie Mason.

Mr. and Mrs. S. W. Barber and family and Loran Entminger and Lamar Entminger were guest Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Rabon.

Misses Minnie Taylor and Ruth Morrell spent the past week-end with the latter’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howell Morrell, of Horrell Hill.

Mrs. Cleo Evans has returned to her home after visiting her sister, Mrs. Everett Nye, of Augusta, Ga.

Mr. and Mrs. Ellerbe Ross (Gertrude Evans Ross) and family of New Brookland, spent the past week-end here with friends and relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. Foster Hilton, of Orangeburg, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Sessions recently.

Tho. W. M. S. of Blaney Baptist church met Wednesday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Talmadge Bowen. At the conclusion of the program a salad course was served by the hostess.
