ROY HORNSBY HELD ON LIQUOR CHARGE

Caught at a still on Sunday, Roy Hornsby, white man of about 29 years, was arrested by federal officers raiding in the Pontiac section of Richland county. He was committed to the county jail by the United States commissioner.

The still, which was in operation when the officers arrived, was destroyed and with it six and a half gallons of whisky and 540 gallons of mash.

Assisting the federal officers on the raid was Deputy Sheriff A. B. Price.
