Mrs. Lorene Penley, 29, Dies at Home Near Blaney

Mrs. Lorene Penley, 29, wife of T. Homer Penley, died at 11 o’clock this morning at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Wilson (Cora Bessie Abbott Wilson), near Blaney.

She had been sick for 12 weeks. She was a lifelong resident of the Blaney section and was a member of Harmony Baptist church at Blaney.

She is survived by her husband, her parents, son, Kermit Penley; one daughter, Helen Penley; three brothers, Herbert Wilson and Elmer Wilson, all of Blaney, and Curtis Wilson of Ridgeway.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 o’clock tomorrow from Harmony Baptist Church by the Rev. A. L. Willis, pastor. The interment will be in the churchyard.

PENLEY RITES HELD AT BLANEY

Funeral services for Mrs. Lorene Penley, 29, wife of T. Homer Penley, were conducted this afternoon from Harmony Baptist church, Blaney, by the Rev. A. L. Willis, pastor.

Mrs. Penley died yesterday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Wilson (Cora Bessie Abbott Wilson), near Blaney. Mrs. Penley was a lifelong resident of the Blaney section and was a member of Harmony Baptist church at Blaney.

She is survived by her husband, her parents, one daughter, Helen Penley; three brothers, Herbert Wilson and Elmer Wilson, all of Blaney, and Curtis Wilson of Ridgeway.

Penley Funeral This Afternoon

Final rites for Mrs. Lorene Penley, 29, wife of T. Homer Penley, and who died at 11 o’clock Tuesday morning, at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Wilson (Cora Bessie Abbott Wilson), near Blaney, will be conducted at 3 o’clock this afternoon from Harmony Baptist church, near Blaney. The Rev. A. L. Willis, pastor, will officiate.

The time of the funeral was originally announced at 11 o’clock this morning but unforeseen circumstances necessitated a change.

Mrs. Penley had been a lifelong resident of the Blaney section and was a member of Harmony Baptist church at Blaney.

She is survived by her husband, her parents, son, Kermit Penley; one daughter, Helen Penley; three brothers, Herbert Wilson and Elmer Wilson, all of Blaney, and Curtis Wilson of Ridgeway.

Penley Funeral Held Yesterday

Final Rites for Mrs. Lorene Penley, 29, wife of T. Homer Penley, who died Tuesday, at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Wilson (Cora Bessie Abbott Wilson), near Blaney, were conducted Wednesday afternoon from Harmony Baptist church, Blaney, by the Rev. A. L. Willis, pastor.

Mrs. Penley was a lifelong resident of Blaney and a member of of the church from which her funeral services were conducted.
