State of South Carolina, County of Richland. – In the Court of Common Pleas.

Ellen I Butler, as Tax Collector for Richland County, South Carolina, to John T. Mackey, Earl H. Bowen, and N. B. Workman, co-partners trading as Blaney Mercantile Company, Mortgagees, and Grafton Wages. Defaulting Taxpayer.

To the Mortgagees Above Named:

You will please take notice that on the 1st day of November, 1937, after due levy and advertisement, property of the above mentioned taxpayer, Grafton Wages, situated, lying and being in School District No. 12A, County of Richland, consisting of 62, acres, was sold by me at public outcry; that the mortgages on said property executed and delivered by Grafton Wages to the above mentioned co-partners trading as Blaney Mercantile Co. on the 12th day of March, 1920, and on the 30th day of April, 1921, respectively, recording in the office of the Clerk of Court for Richland County in Mortage Book “DL” at page 245, and “DR,” page 153, will be barred by the delievery of a deed to the purchaser at said sale if the said property is not redeemed within thirty (30 days from the date of this Notice,
