MRS. STEVENSON, 53, PASSES AT CHESTER
CHESTER, Oct. 20.-Mrs. Sallie Cunningham Stevenson, 53, wife of James E. Stevenson, died late last night at Pryor hospital here following a short illness. She was a prominent Chester woman.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
She is survived by her husband, James E. Stevenson: two daughters, Miss Louise Stevenson and Miss Virginia Stevenson, students at Winthrop college: brother, Sparks Cunningham of Charlotte, N. C.: a sister, Mrs. A. A. Owens of Chester: two half-sisters. Mrs. Lydia Barens Cunningham of Chester and Mrs. R. M. White of Santue: and R. L. Cunningham of Barry. Tex.
Mrs. Stevenson was a member of Purity Presbyterian church. She was graduated from Winthrop colIege. A native of Liberty Hill, she was a daughter of the late John Stover Cunningham and the late Mrs. Amanda Dixon Cunningham prominent family of that section.

Chester, Oct. 19-(Special) – Mrs. Sallie Cunningham Stevenson, 53, prominent Chester woman, died tonight at Pryor hospital.
She was born at Liberty Hill, the daughter of the late John Stover Cunningham and the late Amanda Dickson Cunningham.
Funeral arrangements were incomplete tonight.
She is survived by her husband, James E. Stevenson, and two daughters, Misses Louise and Virginia Stevenson, both of Winthrop college; one brother, Sparks Cunningham of Charlotte; a sister, Mrs. A. A. Owens of Chester; two half-sisters, Mrs. Lydia Barnes Cunningham of Chester and Mrs. R. M. White of Santuc; a half-brother, R. L. Cunningham of Barry, Texas.
