Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Jeffcoat of 1000 Duke avenue announce the arrival of a daughter, Phyllis Ann Jeffcoat, on September 20 at the Columbia hospital. Mrs. Jeffcoat is the former Miss Lois Ross of Blaney.
