Dies in Camden Hospital at 74. Funeral Today

Camden, April 1 – (Special) – Miss Amelia Boykin McCaa, 74, died at a local hospital Saturday afternoon after an illness of two weeks. She was a native of Kershaw county and had made her home here for several months and was the daughter of the late Dr. John McCaa and Mary Whitaker.

Surviving are two brothers, James McCaa, Sr., Lugoff and William McCaa, Blaney; two sisters, Mrs. William Roseborough, Lugoff, Mrs. Fannie Mickle, Camden, and Miss Manie McCaa, Camden. Funeral services will be held at 4 o’clock Sunday afternoon from her home on Fair street conducted by Dr. Maurice Clark. Interment will follow in the Quaker cemetery.

MISS AMELIA McCAA

CAMDEN, April 3.- Last rites for Miss Amelia Boykin McCaa, 74, who died Saturday afternoon, were conducted Sunday afternoon at her home on Fair street, with interment following in the Quaker Cemetery.

Surviving are two brothers, James McCaa, Sr., Lugoff, and Wiliam McCaa, Blaney; two sisters, Mrs. Willliam Roseborough, Lugoff; Mrs. Fannie Mickle, Camden, and Miss Mamie McCaa, Camden.
