The four sons of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie W. Kelly of Blaney are serving with the marines.
Gunnery Sgt. Carl E. Kelly enlisted in August, 1940, and has served 27 months overseas: He returned to the States in August and is now stationed at Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Pvt. Calvin C. Kelly entered service in March, 1942, and has been on duty in the Pacific since August, 1942.
Pfc. Melvin L. Kelly, now in the South Pacific, has been in the Marine corps since April, 1943.
Pfc. Edward C. Kelly entered the marines in April, 1944, and is also in the Pacific. He is in the Fourth Marine division, now on Iwo Jima.
