Broken Rail Is Blamed for Train Wreck at Blaney

A broken rail wrecked the Seaboard Silver Meteor passenger train near Blaney January 2, according to State Public Service Commission officials. The wreck resulted in the death of two passengers and the injury of 104 passengers, 11 dining car employees, one porter and two train service employes.
