The Faith Class of the Crescent Hill Baptist church held its monthly meeting last Friday at the home of Mrs. J. Heyward Lee on Jefferson street.

Mrs. W. Roscoe Byrd opened the meeting with prayer. Mrs. John Jordan brought an interesting devotional.

The secretary, Miss Lucy Mae Jeffers, read the minutes of the previous meeting and committee reports were received.

The work for this month was planned and after that the meeting closed with prayer by the teacher, Mrs. Horace T. Jacobs.

Delicious refreshments were served to the 22 members and a guest who were present, by the hostess, and an assistant hostess, Mrs. Eunice Morch.
