BOWEN FUNERAL TODAY

Winnsboro, March 10 – (Special) – Funeral services for Mrs. Lillie Ross Bowen, 63, who died at 7 o’clock Wednesday evening at her home in Winnsboro, will be held at 4 o’clock Friday afternoon from the Union Baptist Church in Blaney, conducted by the Rev. Mr. Partridge. Interment will be in the family plot in the churchyard.

Mrs. Bowen, who had been living in Winnsboro only two years, was born and reared in Blaney. She came to live with her only son, Charlie Bowen, when her health failed.

She is survived by her son and one brother, S. H. Ross of Blaney.
