Blaney, Aug. 31 – Mrs. Carol Hall of Columbia has been elected the new piano and public school music teacher for the Blaney public schools.

Her early study in piano and voice was with August Platte, noted German musician. Philadelphia, and the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. SHe also was an organ Student under Virgil Fox, Peabody conservatory, Baltimore, Md., and studied voice with Frank La Forge, New York.
