Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Pernell announce the birth of a daughter, Emily Dale Pernell, on September 17 at the Columbia hospital. The Pernells have two other daughters, Margaret Pernell and Mary Ann Pernell. Mrs. Pernell is the former Dora Campbell of Blaney and Columbia.
