Blaney, Dec. 18 – Blaney defeated Hillcrest here tonight in a basketball doubleheader, the boys winning 28-20, and the girls, 45-22.

Downe had 18 for the Blaney girls and Jones 11 for Hillcrest. Brown and Campbell had eight each for the Blaney boys and Barrett had 16 for Hillcrest.
