The following described real property

The following described real property, seized from Evetta Jacobs under warrants for distraint for the nonpayment of assessed taxes due, will be sold as provided by Section 3701, Internal Revenue Code, at public auction on Friday, November 21, 1952, at 11 o’clock a.m. at Roseberry’s Auto Parts Company, 2.8 miles south of Pontiac, S. C., on Highway No. 1 “All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate lying and being in the county of Richland and State of South Carolina, North of Pontiac, S. C., said tract of land being bounded as follows: North by lands of English Kelly, East by land now or formerly of L. W. Dickerson, South by land now or formerly of F. D. Jordan and West by land now or formerly of L. D. Ross, said tract of land containing seventy (70) acres, more or less, and having been heretofore conveyed by T. C. Jefferies, by his deed dated September 13, 1935, and recorded in the Office of Clerk of Court for Richland County in Deed Book EF at Page 348, to F. D. Jordan, Also: all that certain piece, parcel or tact of land situate, lying and being in Blythewood Township, in the County of Richland and State of South Carolina, containing forty-two (42) acres, and being bounded as follows: North by lands now or formerly of Paschal, East by lands now or formerly L. D. Ross, South by lands now or formerly of John L. Paschal and west by lands now or formerly of McGill, and being the same premises heretofore conveyed to Earl Jacobs by F. D. Jordan.” The above two tracts of land are located about 1 mile West of Pontiac, S. C. “Also: All that piece, parcel or tract of land, situate, lying and being near Pontiac, in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, know as Tract No. 1 containing fifty-four (54) acres as evidenced by a Plat of the property of Mrs. Laura O. Jacobs, et al, said plat having been made by W. H. Miller, C. E. Oct. 4, 1934 and recorded in Plat Book G at Page 129, said tract being more particularly described and bonded as follows: on North by Sandy Run Branch, East by Tract No. 2, on said Plat and Tract No. 3. South by lands now or formerly of L. L. Lewis, and West by lands now or formerly of R. N. Edens, Also: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate near Pontiac, in the County of Richland and State of South Carolina, said tract being known as Tract No. 3, on a Plat of the property of Mrs. Laura O. Jacobs, et al, made by W. H. Miller, C. E. Sept. 21, 1934, and recorded in Plat Book G at Page 128, said property being more particularly described and bounded as follows; North by lands of Lonnie Jacobs, East by Spears Creek Road, South by Tract No. 4 on said plat and West by lands now or formerly of R. T. Medlin and William Gais.” The last two tracts of land above described are located about 1 mile East on Pontiac, S. C. R. C. PITTS, DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL REVENUE, COLUMBIA DIVISION.
