BLANEY – (Special) Mr. ad Mrs. Edmond Hornsby (Sadie M Hornsby Hornsby) of Blaney announce the engagement of their daughter, Willie Mae Hornsby and Sgt. Wiley Thomas Hooks of Goldsboro, North Carolina, and Fort Jackson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hooks of Freemont, North Carolina.

Miss Hornsby was graduated from Blaney High School and is now employed with the DuPont Co. in Camden.

Sgt. Hooks was graduated from Lucama High School in Lucama, North Carolina. He is now with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 506 Stationed at Fort Jackson.

The wedding will take place November 17 at the Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church in Blaney.
