Mrs. Brown Dies, Funeral Rites Wednesday

Mrs. Maggie C. Brown, 80, of 732 Heyward Street, died at 5:50 yesterday afternoon after an illness of several months. She died at the home of her niece, Mrs. Mary W. Motley.

Formerly of Blaney, she had lived in Columbia for the past 27 years.

Survivors include her step-daughter, Mrs. Eunice Brazzell of Blaney; two step-sons, Howell Brown and Glenn Brown, both of Blaney, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 4 o’clock Wednesday afternoon from the First Pentecostal Holiness Church on Assembly Street by the Rev. Colbert Bigby, pastor. Interment will follow in Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church cemetery in Blaney.

The body is at the Thompson Funeral Home, West Columbia.

Brown Funeral Is Held Today

Funeral services for Mrs. Maggie C. Brown were to be held today at 4 p.m. in the First Pentecostal Holiness Church on Assembly Street by the Rev. Colbert Bigby, pastor. Interment was to be in Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church cemetery in Blaney.

Mrs. Brown, 80, of 732 Heyward St., died Monday.

Mrs. Brown’s Funeral Today

Funeral services for Mrs. Maggie C. Brown, 80, 732 Heyward St., will be conducted at 4 o’clock this afternoon in the First Pentecostal Holiness Church on Assembly Street by the Rev. Colbert Bigby.

Interment was to be in Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church cemetery in Blaney.
