Mrs. George L. (Aline Lee) King, 26, of Route 2, Gaston, died at 11:45 yesterday morning, September 11, 1958 at the Columbia Hospital after an illness of several months.
Mrs. King was born May 23, 1932, in Lexington County, the daughter of Mrs. Josephine Hutto Lee and the late Jesse Robert Lee.
She was a lifelong resident of Gaston.
Survivors, in addition to her husband and her mother include one son, George L. King, Jr.; one sister, Mrs. Willie Mae Sharpe of Gaston; two brothers, Robert Lee and Carl Lee, both of Gaston; three half-sisters, Mrs. Carrie Williams of West Columbia, Mrs. Annie Goodwin of Blaney, and Mrs. Inez Wages of Lugoff; and five half-brothers, Daniel Lee, James Lee, and Woodrow Lee, all of Naples, Fla., Porter Lee of Columbia, and Sadie Lee of Camden.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body is at the Thompson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 4:30 this afternoon from the First Baptist Church of Gaston, conducted by the Rev. E. Lloyd Till.
Interment will be in the churchyard.
The body is at the late residence at Gaston where it will remain until time for the services.
