You are hereby summoned and reuired to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the said Complaint on the subscriber, at his office at 1004 Secutrity Federal Building, Columbia, South Carolina, within twenty (20) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, the plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

Notice is hereby given that an action has been commenced in the Court of Common Pleas to clear the title to the property in the name of the plaintiff.

The following is a description of the property:

All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land with the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the Town of Pontiac, County of Richland, and State of South Carolina, said tract being triangular in shape: Beginning at an iron pin on Spears Creek Road and running North Sixty-eight (68°) degrees eastwardly for a distance of two hundred three and seven-tenths (203.7′) feet to an iron pin or fence; thence turning and running along said fence south two (2°)degrees eastwardly for a distance of Four hundred ten and three-tenths (410.3′) feet to a pin on the Spears Creek Road; North Thirty-one (31°) degrees westwardly along said Spears Creek Road for a distance of Three Hundred and ninety-two (392′) feet to the point of beginning; said property being bounded; On the North by lands of Jacobs; East by property of True and property of Jacobs, and on the West by Spears Creek Road. Said property being more fully described and delineated upon a plat of the property made for Rev. A. S. Lockee by W. H. Miller, C. E., dated January 21, 1939, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Richland County in Plat Book “H”, page 144.

The above described property is the same heretofore conveyed to the grantor here in by Deed of Laura O. Jacobs recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Richland County in Deed Book “E-N”, page 540.
