BLANEY – Applications from persons interested in technical training for jobs at the new Elgin National Watch Company here will be taken Monday, Tuesday and possibly Wednesday at the Blaney School gymnasium.

Interview hours Monday will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday’s hours will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. THe possibility of interviews Wednesday depends on the number of applicants accommodated Monday and Tuesday.

There is no age limit. Men and women applying for the training will be given preliminary tests and notified by mail if they are selected for the program.

The training will last two or three months.
