PELION – Pelion celebrated homecoming here Friday night with a doubleheader triumph over Blaney. The girls’ score was 37-6 and the boys’ final, 56-48.

Judy Williams scored 13 for the Pelion girls. Patsy Hans managed five for the losers. Jimmy Craft collected 24 for the Pelion’s boys while Ralph Heath hit 31 for Blaney.

Miss Stella Tindal was crowned queen between games.
