CAMDEN – Funeral services for Albert Hinson Sr. will be at 4:30 p.m. Friday in Southside Baptist Mission. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

He died at the Veterans Hospital in Columbia Tuesday night.

Mr. Hinson was the brother of Mrs. Sallie Galloway of Columbia.

CAMDEN – Funeral services for Albert Hinson Sr., 72, owner of Hinson’s Taxi Service, died at Columbia Veterans Hospital Tuesday.

Funeral services will be at 4:30 p.m. Friday at Southside Baptist Mission. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

He was born in the Pine Grove Section at Lugoff, the son of John Hinson and Alice H. Hinson. He was a World War I veteran.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Willie Belle Davis Hinson; a son, Albert Hinson Jr. of Camden; three sisters, Mrs. Carrie Melton and Mrs. Mattie Shirley, both of Camden, and Mrs. Sally Galloway of Columbia; three brothers, Earlie Hinson, Burnie Hinson and Andie Hinson, all of Camden.
