Miss Sarah Aletha Jones of Hopkins and Otto “Toby” Morris Jacobs Jr. of Elgin exchanged wedding vows at 7 p.m. Saturday in Greenlawn Baptist Church. The Rev. James G. Jennings heard the vows.

Mr. and Mrs. Hugh E. Jones of Hopkins are the parents of the bride. She is a graduate of Lower Richland High School.

The bridegroom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Otto Morris Jacobs (Gladys Peake Jacobs) of Elgin. A graduate of Blaney High School, he is employed with Mutual Finance of Camden.

A reception was held in the church. The couple left for a wedding trip to the mountains. On returning, they will make their home at Route 2, Lugoff.
