ELGIN – Miss Constance Anita Quinn and Johnny Keith Ray of Lugoff exchanged wedding vows at 1 p.m. Thursday in Blaney Baptist Church. The Rev. Dean Clyde of Columbia heard the vows.

Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Joseph Quinn (Janette Cogdell Quinn) are the parents of the bride. A graduate of Lugoff Elgin High School, she is employed by Underwriters Adjusting Co., Columbia.

Mr. and Mrs. John Ray of Lugoff are the bridegroom’s parents. A graduate of Lugoff Elgin High School, he is employed by Dupont-Daniel Construction Co.

A reception was held in the Social Hall. After a wedding trip to Atlanta, Ga., the couple will reside in Lugoff.
