YORK – Funeral Services for Colie Blease Peake, 62, were held today.

Mr. Peake died yesterday, September 20, 1974 at his home of an heart attack.

He was born in Lugoff, a son of the late Archie Peake and Mamie Branham Peake. He was a television electronics specialist.

Surviving are his wife, Bonta Tarlton Peake; three sons, John Peake of York, Leonard Peake of Rock Hill and Wayne Peake of Hixon, Tenn.; a brother, Lawrence Peake of Columbia; and six sisters, Mrs. Clara Wilson, Miss Nellis Peake and Mrs. Cory Audrey of Columbia, Miss Inez Peake of Elgin, Mrs. Bertha Kelly of Blaney and Mrs. Pauline Ostrey of Camden.

Services will be 2 p.m. today, September 21, 1974 in York Funeral Home with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
