ELGIN – Miss Jeanette Elaine Shaw and James Ervin Hanf Jr. exchange vows in a 4 p.m. Saturday wedding in the Blaney Baptist Church. The Rev. James W. Slater officiated and a reception followed in the Church Fellowship Hall.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Shaw of Lugoff. SHe was graduated from Lugoff-Elgin High School and from Midland Tech’s dental assisting program. She is employed as a dental assistant in Lugoff.

The bridegroom is the son of stepson of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Hanf and the late Mrs. Julia Polin Hanf. He was graduated from Lugoff-Elgin High School and is Employed by the DuPont Company in Camden.

After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, the couple will live in Elgin.
