Shelton Harrison, 47, died yesterday in Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville, N. C.
Funeral plans will be announced by Maigault-Hurley Funeral Home.
Mr. Harrison was born in Kershaw County, a son of Frank Harrison of Elgin and the late Mrs. Susie McDonald Harrison.
Surviving, in addition his father, are four sisters, Mrs. Gertie Blackmon of Columbia, Mrs. Marvin Brown of State Park, Mrs. Purcal Wilson of New York and Mrs. Maeola Graham of New York; three brothers, Odell Harrison of State Park, Obbie Harrison of Elgin and John Frazier Harrison of Columbia.
HARRISON RITES
Funeral services for Shelton Harrison will be held at 2 p. m. tomorrow in Shady Grove AME Church, conducted by the Rev. Hezekiah Ellis. Burial will be in the churchyard.
A wake service will be held tonight at 7 o’clock in Manigault-Hurley Funeral Home.
Mr. Harrison, 47, died Tuesday in a hospital in Fayetteville, N. C.
Pallbearers will be John Blackmon, Robert Bossard, Cala Cook, Harry Bostic, Alfred Kelley, and Gene Kenley.
