THE HARBISON RECREATION CENTER GALLERY will exhibit works by Sameul Peters. Faust Paulussi. Caroline Moss and Steve Capelli. A wine and cheese reception will be held this evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Recreation Center. The Harbison Recreation Center Gallery is located at 106 Hillpine Road in Harbison, a subdivision off 1-26 in Columbia.
EXHIBITS AT THE MUSEUM OF YORK COUNTY include the South Carolina Watercolor Society Traveling show: works by Diana Mohle: a photography exhibit of South Carolina Railroad Stations. and works by Maryland watercolor artist and printmaker Sam Peters.
A PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBIT, “Turn of a Leaf: Vanishing Miracle?” will open Monday in the L.L. Smith Geology Museum on the second floor of McKissick Museums on the USC Horseshoe. Others exhibits include sculptures by Leonard Cave: the Colburn gemstone collection: everyday life artifacts and war relics from South Carolina’s history and photos and prints of USC’s architectural development, 1805-1980. Hours are 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. weekdays. 1-5 p.m. Sundays. Free.
WATERCOLORS BY SUZY FARRELL are on display in the Garden Terrace Tearoom of J.B. White’s Richland Mall store during regular store hours. The exhibit will run through March 30.
CANDY’S is featuring sculpture by Marion Mason and paintings by his brother Tom Mason. Candy’s is located at 5 Trenholm Plaza in Columbia. Hours are 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday.
ACRYLIC PAINTINGS by Rosalie Khoury are on display at the Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company in Columbia. The exhibit will continue through March.
