BARNWELL – Earl G. Williams, Jr., 56, died Saturday, September 19, 1981, after an apparent heart attack.

Born in Hampton County, he was a son of the late Earl G. Williams and Rose Williams. He was a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s School of Pharmacy and an employee of Airmar’s Pharmacy of Beaufort. Mr. Williams was a Navy veteran of World War II.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Jewel Rose Williams of Barnwell; and a daughter, Miss Rose Ann Williams of Barnwell.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. today, September 21, 1981, at Barnwell First Baptist Church. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. today in Blaney Baptist Church Cemetery, Elgin.
