Mrs. Roberta Rose, 78, widow of Norman K. Rose, Sr., of Rabon Road, died Saturday, September 4, 1982 at Providence Hospital.
Mrs. Rose was born in Mississippi. She was a member of Blaney Baptist Church, Eglin, and was retired secretary for Clemson Sandhill Experimental Station.
Surviving are a son, Norman K. Rose Jr., of Charlotte; a brother, W. J. Mattox of Baton Rouge, La.: and a granddaughter.
Plans will be announced by Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street. Chapel.
Funeral services for Mrs. Roberta Rose were held today, September 6, 1982 were held today at Blaney Baptist Church, conducted by the Revs. William L. Coates and Jim Salter.
Pallbearer were Bill Rhodes, L.B. Nelson, C. R. Bagwell, Norwood Kelley, B. K. Rose Jr., and Luther Kelly
