ELGIN
Sheila Ann Medlin and Lemuel William Wooten Jr., both of Elgin, were united in marriage Saturday at Blaney Baptist Church. The 7 p.m. ceremony was performed by the Rev. Jimmy Hanf, and was followed by a reception at the church family life center.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James N. Medlin of Elgin, is a graduate of Lugoff-Elgin High School and attended the University of Georgia, where she was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority.

The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Wooten Sr., of Elgin, is a graduate of Lugoff-Elgin High School. He is self-employed as Framers Unlimited.
