ELGIN

Cheryl Lee Justice of West Columbia and Alfred Todd Harvey of Gaston were married Saturday at Blaney Baptist Church. The 4 p.m. ceremony was performed by the Rev. Wyatt Garrett, and was followed by a reception at the church.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Benny A. Justice and Mr. and Mrs. David T. Reed of Elgin, is a graduate of Midlands technical college, where she earned an associate’s degree in criminal justice. She is a public safety officer with the South Carolina Department of Mental Health.

The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas R. Harvey of Gaston, is a graduate of Irmo High School. He is a telecommunication operator with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.
