ELGIN

Windy Gail Williamson of Elgin and Robert Alan Beauchemin of Irmo were married Saturday at Blaney Baptist Church. The 3 p.m. ceremony was performed by the Rev. John Atkerson, and was followed by a reception at the church.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Williamson of Elgin, is a graduate of Lugoff-Elgin High School. She is employed by Baptist Medical Center.

The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Beauchemin of Irmo, attends Midlands Technical College.

After a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, the couple will reside in Columbia.
