Swayze Legrand stands before a house being built by members of Spears Creek Baptist Church in Pontiac. Legrand is chairman of the church’s fund- raising committee, which is building the three-bedroom home to sell to raise money for a liver transplant for Joyce Fuller, wife of Stanley Fuller, pastor of the Spears Creek Baptist Church.
