ELGIN – Willie Dalton Sanders, 69, died Friday. Born in Elgin, he was a son of the late R. Levi Sanders and Eliza Watts Sanders. He was a world War II Army Air Corps Veteran and retired from Western Electric.
Surviving are a sister, Alberta O’Quinn of Elgin; and a brother, Leroy Sanders of Elgin.
Services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel, with burial in Union Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
