Moderate Baptist dissatisfied with the direction of the Southern Baptist Convention will meet in Columbia Tuesday.

The meeting will be from 9:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. at St. Andrews Baptist Chruch, 230 Bush River Road. It is organized by a steering committee interested in the formation of a South Carolina division of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.

Speakers include Dr. Jim King, pastor of First Baptist Church in Aiken, and Dr. Jimmy Allen, president of Faith and Family Communications Ministries of Fort Worth, Texas.
