ELGIN – Joseph Thomas “Cotton” Hunnicutt II, infant son of Joan Ray Hunnicutt and Joseph T. Hunnicutt, of 1948 Larry Jeffers Road died Sunday, August 16, 1992. Memorials may be made to the Blaney Volunteer Fire Department.
