Neighborly activities

Want to lend someone in the Midlands a helping hand? Starting this week in Neighbors, we’ll try to help that process along.

Community Spirit, a column that begins this week in Neighbors, is designed to serve as a bulletin board for groups involved in charity or community service work.

We hope it will provide some recognition for the people in our communities performing good deeds. We also hope it will connect volunteers eager to help with the groups that need donations of money, time and expertise.
